During configuration you aren't able to see the test screen.
And during startup the program responds Driver would be active check IRQ. (or something)

This could well be a driver issue...
On WinXP for example the WinXP driver from Microsoft seems to do things different then the orignal Pinnacle Driver.
Soo installing drivers that came with the Hardware bundle would be a good option.
Situation:
Windows installed the standard "Pinnacle WDM PCTV Video Capture" driver, which in our situation didn't work.
The Driver version was 1.0.2.25 (which XP installs automatically).
Once I installed the "Studio PCTV" driver from the Pinnacle CD it worked for our situation.
This Driver version was 4.0.2.0.
