| Game just crashes when I start it. |

This could be a common issue. Due to driver incompatibility.
But one silly Thing we found out is.... Make sure you aren't using spaces in your name.
eg.
"Hot Wheeler" - would crash the game on startup!
"HotWheeler" - start the game as nothing has happened

| I Can't see faces when using the codec. |

I found out the problem was related to the Rendering of Characters. And the codec character shading was just a simple test to see if they were correct.
Some cinematics were also rendering in shade (I coulnd't see the faces anymore.
The settings responsible for this all was "Model Quality" on the "Drawing Tab". Normally it was standing all the way to the right. But just moving it one notch to the left, I could see everyone's faces again. (Without having to downgrade drivers).
 Soo when you see something like this,
 You can simply nodge this setting one to the left.
 And it will look like this as result.

Make sure you use NVidia's 43.45 or older Detonator drivers (As far applicable to your video-card).
44.03 and 45.23 Detonator drivers had this issue.
Maybe in newer versions of the driver, NVidia has fixed this issue. (But not that I knew off).
